Damaged Products:

Return Timeframe:

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
Before Shipping: Order Cancellations & Refunds:

You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel or adjust it by sending us an email. Once your order is processed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, we'll issue a refund within 1-3 business days.
After Shipping:

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items if they have defects.
All returned items must be in the original condition; we cannot accept returns of damaged, worn, or unclean items.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you can choose the carrier.
Return Procedure:

We'll provide return instructions and the refundable value of the product.
Once approved, provide us with the return package's tracking number.
Upon receipt, we'll inspect the product. If everything checks out, we'll contact you regarding:
Exchanges: Receive a discount coupon for swapping your order with another product, while still receiving a refund.
Refunds: The refund amount will be credited to your credit card.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you will receive shipping information via email. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Typically, delivery to US addresses takes approximately 7-10 business days, while delivery to UK and AU addresses takes around 7-12 business days.
Our offering is expertly curated from the best luxury fashion brands around the globe and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.
Placing an order at Maruto is quite simple. Here’s how: Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
Simply follow these steps to prepare your item: Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a return request ticket your profile and send an e-mail with product photos to duythanhquy76@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request. Insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.
Using the tracking number assigned to your returns label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. As soon as your item is received and accepted by our partner we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You can make a return request for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the parcel. The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products. Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position. Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable. Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
